General Terms & Conditions

Rates
per person in Canadian dollars and valid until Mar31st, 1997 based on twin sharing with a minimum of 2 persons to operate subject to 7% GST subject to change with or without notice Reservations Please advise exact arrival/departure dates, flight details, number of persons/ rooms, meal requirements etc.

Confirmations
All reservation requests will be replied within 24 hours of receipts.

Taxes
Airport tax is not included.

Transfers
Transfer rates include:
meeting and greeting services assistance with arrival/departure formalities at airports, railway stations, ports and hotels porterage of 2 pieces of reasonable size baggage reconfirmation of onward travel reservations
Tours

Tour rates include:
transportation as indicated in the itinerary qualified English speaking guides. Guides speaking other languages are available upon request admission fees if applicable
meals as indicated in the itinerary seat-in-coach.

Deposit / Balance of Payment
A non-refundable deposit of CA$200.00 or 25% of the tour fare is required 10 days from date of confirmation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in automatic cancellation of all reservations.

Cancellation Penalties
once vouchers/invoices are issued - 25% of tour fare
less than 7 working days prior to arrival - 50% of tour fare less than 3 working days prior to arrival - 100% of tour fare Amendments There will be a communication charge of CA$ 50.00 for any amendments/ changes subsequent to the issuance of vouchers/invoices.

Refunds
After the commencement of the tour, no refund will be give for any services not utilized

Liability
Apex Holidays Ltd acts only as an agent for carriers, hotels, transportation companies and all other contractors and will have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damages, accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control. Apex Holidays Ltd also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.
